Ordering & Customization
How can I order a product?
It's easy via our online shop! Choose your favorite piece and put it in your shopping cart. If you want something custom-made, you can specify your color preferences or details when ordering or contact us directly.
Can I choose colors or details myself?
Yes! Since each product is made by hand, you can choose your favorite colors. If you have any special requests, please let us know - we will try to accommodate them if possible.
Payment & Shipping
What payment methods are available?
You can conveniently pay by bank transfer or PayPal. Please note that we will only start production once we have received payment.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated in addition to the product price. The exact amount depends on the order quantity and your location.
How long does delivery take?
Since all products are handmade, the production time depends on the item:
Bags: approx. 1–4 weeks
Baby decorations & accessories: approx. 1–4 weeks
After production, your unique piece will be safely packaged and shipped.
Usage & Durability
How long will my handmade bag last and is there a guarantee?
Our bags are made for everyday use and are made with the utmost care from high-quality materials. However, the lifespan depends greatly on individual use. Since these are handmade products, natural signs of wear and tear can appear over time.
We cannot offer a guarantee. However, the satisfaction of our customers is particularly important to us! If obvious production defects occur, we will of course be at your side in the interests of customer loyalty and will find a suitable solution to remedy the defect.
Are the metal accessories rustproof?
Yes! Our accessories are made of high-quality stainless steel that does not rust or oxidize. Our trademark, the bee, is made of 925 silver and remains beautiful over time.
How durable are the bags?
Our handmade bags are designed for everyday use and made from high-quality materials. They are sturdy and durable, but care should be taken to use them carefully. Heavy loads or improper care can affect their lifespan.
Are the bags waterproof?
The yarns used are sturdy but not completely waterproof. We recommend protecting your bag from heavy rain or moisture to maintain its shape and structure.
Can I have my bag repaired if something breaks?
If a small defect occurs after prolonged use (e.g. a loose element), please contact us. Depending on the case, we offer a paid repair or a suitable solution.
What happens if my bag has a manufacturing defect?
We manufacture each piece with the utmost care. If you nevertheless notice a clear production defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the problem. We will examine the case and offer you a repair or another solution - because your satisfaction is important to us!
Why can there be slight variations in size or shape?
Each product is individually made by hand, which means that small deviations in size or shape are possible. These are a sign of genuine handcraft and make your unique piece even more special!
Care & Storage
How do I store my bag properly?
When you are not using your bag, it is best to store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight. We provide a satin bag with the bag for storing the bag. To protect the shape of the bag, you can use the tissue paper provided to stuff your bag.
Can I wash my bag?
Our bags are not suitable for machine washing. If necessary, you can clean them carefully with a damp cloth. If they are heavily soiled, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and then air drying.
